You cannot open the activity feed with detailed information from Easy Calling directly

The activity feed cannot be opened directly because Easy Calling is not yet available in the Teams App Store. As a result, incorrect IDs are queried in the background, which leads to this error. The issue will be resolved automatically once Easy Calling becomes available in the App Store.

Voicemails are not consistently displayed

Voicemails are currently not displayed consistently, as we do not receive a notification from Microsoft for every voicemail. As a result, some voicemails may not appear correctly.

We are actively working with Microsoft to resolve this issue.

Current Workaround

To ensure that voicemails are reliably displayed in Easy Calling, the caller must press one of the following keys at the end of their message: * or #.

Please make sure this instruction is included in the voicemail announcement text so that callers are properly informed.

SOLVED: Call toast is displayed even though the call has been answered

We are working on ensuring that the call toast is automatically closed for all users as soon as the call is answered.
