For incoming calls, you’ll see all active callers in real time. At a glance, you can immediately identify which call queue each call is coming through and how long the caller has been waiting. This gives you full transparency and helps ensure that no call goes unanswered or overlooked.

At the same time, you have the option of performing the following quick actions

Call History

In the Call History, you can monitor all calls in real time and use a variety of filters to quickly find specific calls. Color coding helps you instantly distinguish between missed calls, answered calls, and those where a voicemail was left, making it easy to stay on top of your communication history.

Voice App Manager

As the Voice App Manager, you have full visibility into which users are currently logged in. You can also manage their availability by changing the status of all agents enabling or disabling their participation in call queues (agent opt-in/out) with just a click.

As a Voice App Manager, you also have the ability to make individual adjustments to the call queue configuration. This allows you to tailor the setup to your team's specific needs, such as assigning users to queues, changing audio settings, or adjusting routing behavior.
